I’ve been recently helping a group of internet network marketers who’s company shall remain anonymous, which has thrown a spanner in the works for it’s members globally… Why?

Well, imagine for a moment, creating a strategy around your home business opportunity or franchise and for the governing body to all of a sudden change the rules by stating…

“You can’t use any of our material, reference our company at all, use our company
name or brand in your sites, marketing or intellectual property, claim bank statements of income, have any unfair advantage that encourages sponsor shopping and no direct links to our website”

What would you do if you’re company or franchise opportunity did that to you?

Do you have any ideas on how you might recover from such a seemingly large blow? And for some of the top leaders in that company it is a big blow, because all their marketing, articles, videos, audios and other social marketing to this date (some of it years and years old) must now be tracked down and all taken offline.

Here’s some ideas I put together to help the already established and new members looking to setup their web strategy, so that they will never again be held hostage to company policy change.

1. Find out the “WHY” behind you joining this company, what was it that made you passionately join them?
2. Take that “WHY” and workout how you can position yourself in such a way that is helping others, while building that “WHY” into your own brand and company.
3. Position yourself in a niche around your “WHY” and then begin creating content on the “HOW”…
4. Take the “HOW” and expand upon how it helped you with your life directly, how it’s helped others lives and also the training that you provided and would now like to provide others with.
5. Invite people reading your site about you, your “WHY” and “HOW” to contact you so you can possibly help them with a “No-Pressure” conversation.
6. Take your company’s training, products, services and create your own similar versions of them on a lower end scale, and then offer your main company that you represent as your upsell offer (but don’t yet talk about the business opportunity yet, unless they are seeking an opportunity, becuase this comes later once they experience the product and “YOU” personally, people will stick with you if they like you first and foremost).
7. Finally, once they’ve experienced it all and what you can do for them, show them how much more there is, by taking bits n pieces of the company your with, and showing it’s best points of the presentation and throwing the “Hypey” parts out the window.

The above process will not only see you position yourself as a highly unique, intelligent and effective leader, but it will also “FREE” you up from ever being held hostage to a governing company again.

By creating your own company from scratch around the solutions your opportunities products / services solves you can begin to take back your own power as a serious net entrepreneur.

You will call the shots, you will create your own processes and use the company that you’re with to “YOUR” best advantage, rather than the other way around which is what has just happened with the company in mention in this post.

This can happen quite a lot with home business style opportunities, they let the distributors do what they want for the first few years to get out there, create backlinks to their site, amplify the brand name and then make them withdraw everything they’ve done in the name of the company protecting it’s brand (but at the same time winning on exposure from the efforts of its distributors to date).

Not an entirely fair, or even pre-planned set of events I don’t think, but devastating to those agents who have built their marketing funnels around it none the less.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, the only way you can really stand out and position yourself “AWAY” from your companies policies is by differentiation of you, your products, your services and how you can help through “information marketing” which the internet search engines really love, and the information is about you, so it’s your own intellectual property that no-one can ever tell you to take down.

That’s how the big wigs of the internet network marketing industry are getting ahead, bringing in leads and growing their businesses without ever talking about their main opportunity.

Article writing services are still the pick for many top internet marketing guru’s and leading marketers. Usually however, their services will range from $5’s per article up to anywhere around $80’s for a 600 word article and you do “get what you pay for” so be warned. Normally you need to look at articles in the vicinity of $15 to $30’s for good quality, completely unique for your niche.

You might also be thinking that you’re not a writer and you’ve never written well, I used to think that also. However you can also employ the services of an editor for your articles which is somewhat less expensive than having a writing team write the articles for you from scratch.

Transcription of Audio

This strategy is often overlooked when creating articles, ebooks, reports and content and is extremely simple and cost effective to have done. Record an interview with someone, you could be the expert, or you could interview an industry renowned expert in your niche who isn’t a direct competitor. Once the audio is recorded and saved, you can send this recording off to an audio transcriber (search for audio transcription services in Google) and you’ll find plenty of quality transcribers who’ll do this work. Normally costs are very innexpensive at around fifty cents a minute, meaning for 30 dollars your going to have a 1 hour recording in written form, which is usually a very good way to package a product as a saleable item (with graphics) or as is in report PDF form for a free giveaway. If you bundle the audio with the written report (as some like to read, others like to listen) you could charge for it, depending on how rare the information shared is.

Video Content

Creating video online in the new buzz activity in 2008. If you want to learn how to create masses of targeted visitors to your website, then creating video’s and video presentations and posting them on the various video sites is a “Must”!

There are many elements for you to look at when creating an attraction marketing system, whether online in the form of a website, or offline in the form of a lead generation campaign. The critical things are always the same however, it’s just the methodology that changes in creating each system.

Below is the tools and steps you need to take to create a successful backend lead funnel system once you begin getting visitors to your website or leads to your business.

1.    Optin Process - The very first thing you need to consider in any marketing / sales conversion process is what is known as “Opting In” to your learning systems, or in the offline world it’s breaking down the “Resistance to Entry” into your trust building process.

So, when a visitor or lead approaches you, you need to have a “Free” or “Low-Cost” and high value proposition to gain their trust in your sales conversion process. I’ve actually written about how to write and effective optin page (or also known as a “Squeeze Page”) to collect names and build your list. You can gain access to this material right here.

2.    The very next thing you’re going to need after you create your lead capture mechanism (optin page) is a what is known as system that automatically sends out emails to them to deliver your education and information marketing to them. They call these an autoresponder system in internet marketing terms, and all basic systems require them.

The one that I use and recommend, mainly becuase it’s great for beginners to signup for free to begin with (no credit card required at all), and it allows for up to 10 contacts to be collected while you familiarize yourself with it, is called “iContact” and it’s very powerful and yet very simple to use and setup visit them here

All the setup videos and training are in there and should you require further help, I have a team who can set these up for you, with a minimum of fuss and minimum dollars.

3.    Once you have the optin and autoresponder list building programs in place, you then need to begin working out what it is you want to offer and how you’re going to package it. There are some very precise ways of doing this and complete systems wrapped around creating your own products.

Like anything, you should first create a couple of free to low cost products that will make it easy for people to learn more from you, with very “little” risk.

Some ideas you could use to create a very simple product to give away as a viral exposure building tool could be:

- A written report or ebook in PDF format or better yet, in a custom created ebook maker software such as “eBook Pro” whcih has higher quality security and fantastic marketing options (this is one of the programs I use for my higher end ebooks), check it out at: www-ebookpro.com.

- An audio recording, that can simply be recorded with Microsoft’s sound recorder. You may need to save the resulting audio file which will be saved as a .WAV file, which means it’s not going to be as easily distributable. This coudl be a recording of yourself reading some material you’ve written, or in the format of an interview of someone interviewing you or vice versa, it could also be a teleseminar scenario that you decide to record. So to burn this onto a CD or distribute it most freely online you’ll need to convert it to .MP3 format, which is one of the most popular for audio files. A great little bit of software that does this is called AVS Audio Tools you can purchase it here for a bit over $30AU and it’s truly worth it.

- If you know how to create a video and post it into the likes of YouTube, this can be a very effective way to build trust and “show” your visitors what you mean first hand. All you need is Windows Media Maker a basic camera and microphone, which you can pickup from your local computer superstore. Once you create the short video, then create an account at YouTube and upload it, then go and embed the video into your website. If you don’t know how to do this, there is plenty of instructions on YouTube on how to complete this, but should you require extra help, then you can learn more about video marketing at www.Renegade-University-Training.com or www.Magic-Video-Marketing.com.

A really useful resource is a product called www.InfoProduct-Dashboard.com and it’s a process that I’ve used before to flush out and entire product range. It helps you whether you’re a beginner or advanced to come up with ideas and very useful resources.

Another very useful tool you can use on your product / service website to gain exceptional feedback from your visitors, is live chat. This tool is particularly useful if you have a good amount of traffic coming to your website each day I would say between 50 to 100 visitors a day then the use of live chat is essential. I personally use magic-video-marketing.com’s service to blast out my videos to the interent, blogs and podcasts all in one hit, it’s extremely powerful and brings in tonnes of traffic, best of all it’s completely automated. Now the issue with signing up for a free blog, like the one you see in the videos, or with the software above is the learning curve. Plus you need to be a little technically inclined to learn from the step-by-step tutorials provided, so you learn how to upload the files to a computer that hosts your website / blog called a “webserver” that will hold your webpage files. The webspace where you’ll be uploading the files for the blogs to, will need to be purchased and I’ll be showing you how to do this in a later step via instructional video.

The solution to the problem of installing a WordPress blog, is to go with a monthly paid for solution that has good support via phone and email, as well as excellent video courses that show you how to set it up every step of the way.

Unfortunately if you want a website / blog setup for you, you’d be looking at anywhere from one hundred and fifty dollars up to a few hundred for a fully turnkey blog / website, setup and ready to go.

The beauty of a blog over a website is you can have it setup so that you can post information to it daily yourself, so it updates daily (and this is what makes it rank highly and get found in the search engines… fresh content daily, weekly or monthly) and you can do it via “email”, or have a big chunk of material you’ve written added to the blog and it posts all of it at intervals you ask it to, it’s very clever stuff.

…….Squarespace is an excellent option for people who want to do it themselves yet,
…….still.not have to worry about uploading all their files to a file server and recieve

I’ve just been doing some in depth research of squeeze page generators, and which ones offer the best value for money, as a lot of these tools are often run with an online interface, that often has a small 30 to 50 dollar fee attached.

You’re probably thinking “Yeah Right” how’s Site Build It or the myriad of other internet marketing platforms going to help me achieve results?

Well, I can’t speak for the hundreds of other users who are already experiencing success with this program (but you can just go to the testimonials page to see them all), I can only tell you about mine.

I know that this platform works over the long haul, and all I’ve ever taught my clients is to look at their marketing “long term” I’m always very shady of these “success overnight” type deals that are going on everywhere online (even more so in 2009).

There is a real science behind this, it’s basically teaching you the science of search engine optimization, but with none of the techno-babble behind it and certainly none of the thousands of dollars in expenditure.

Well, after I registered my domain name and got busy putting up 50 or so articles via the easy to use site build it page creation process, which they refer to as “block builder” which is so simple to use (and even more so with their video tutorials you simply can’t put a foot wrong).

I began to see traffic coming to my site, not Google Adwords traffic (because at that time I was making a little money with some adwords campaigns but mostly losing it hehe)…

It was a sheer feelign of relief to see that non-paid for traffic coming in from Google, Yahoo and other search engines and this was just the beginning.

You see, as you create your content, site build it goes out and does all the dirty work for you, it just guides you on “how” to build your sites pages correctly, then when you click on the “build it” button you’re done.

To cut a long story short, this site that I created back then called “Top Sales Training”, at the end of one year was bringing me over 100 unique visitors a day, and I was selling the program I was promoting back then called

Unlock The Sales Game at about 3 to 5 per week and getting a $100 commission each time I sold one.

This impressed Ari the founder of the program so much, that he hired me to work with him to develop his site and come and coach for him as a sales coach (as I was working as a sales manager for 10 plus years prior to that).

It was at this time, I decided to take down the site due to a potential conflict of interest in working with my new found sales guru and internet marketing buddy.

I’ve since created one major site with site build it called “Law of Attraction and Success” and two others that I’m currently working on, this being one of them and only a few months into this project, I’m seeing a few unique visitors coming to the 3 to 4 pages (yes, I’ve been slack in creating this site) to read what I’ve done so far.

It astounds me how simple this process is!

I’ve created www.Guaranteed-Internet-Marketing-Business-Blueprint.com and also www.NaturalColdCalling.com with Site Build It and I’m seeing a small trickle of traffic to it as well. My main law of attraction site is now over 200 pages and getting well over 100 unique visitors a day and will get more when I implement (finally) the other many strategies that site build it recommends.

I know this sounds like a lot of work, and it will be quite a learning curve for you, but if you “Stick This Out” you will be one of the top 3% of marketers who get results, long term… PERIOD!!
