There are many elements for you to look at when creating an attraction marketing system, whether online in the form of a website, or offline in the form of a lead generation campaign. The critical things are always the same however, it’s just the methodology that changes in creating each system.

Below is the tools and steps you need to take to create a successful backend lead funnel system once you begin getting visitors to your website or leads to your business.

1.    Optin Process - The very first thing you need to consider in any marketing / sales conversion process is what is known as “Opting In” to your learning systems, or in the offline world it’s breaking down the “Resistance to Entry” into your trust building process.

So, when a visitor or lead approaches you, you need to have a “Free” or “Low-Cost” and high value proposition to gain their trust in your sales conversion process. 2.    The very next thing you’re going to need after you create your lead capture mechanism (optin page) is a what is known as system that automatically sends out emails to them to deliver your education and information marketing to them. They call these an autoresponder system in internet marketing terms, and all basic systems require them.

The one that I use and recommend, mainly becuase it’s great for beginners to signup for free to begin with (no credit card required at all), and it allows for up to 10 contacts to be collected while you familiarize yourself with it, is called “iContact” and it’s very powerful and yet very simple to use and setup visit them here

3.    Once you have the optin and autoresponder list building programs in place, you then need to begin working out what it is you want to offer and how you’re going to package it. There are some very precise ways of doing this and complete systems wrapped around creating your own products.

Like anything, you should first create a couple of free to low cost products that will make it easy for people to learn more from you, with very “little” risk.

Some ideas you could use to create a very simple product to give away as a viral exposure building tool could be:

- A written report or ebook in PDF format or better yet, in a custom created ebook maker software such as “eBook Pro” whcih has higher quality security and fantastic marketing options (this is one of the programs I use for my higher end ebooks), check it out at: www-ebookpro.com.

- An audio recording, that can simply be recorded with Microsoft’s sound recorder. You may need to save the resulting audio file which will be saved as a .WAV file, which means it’s not going to be as easily distributable. This coudl be a recording of yourself reading some material you’ve written, or in the format of an interview of someone interviewing you or vice versa, it could also be a teleseminar scenario that you decide to record. So to burn this onto a CD or distribute it most freely online you’ll need to convert it to .MP3 format, which is one of the most popular for audio files. A great little bit of software that does this is called AVS Audio Tools you can purchase it here for a bit over $30AU and it’s truly worth it.

- If you know how to create a video and post it into the likes of YouTube, this can be a very effective way to build trust and “show” your visitors what you mean first hand. All you need is Windows Media Maker a basic camera and microphone, which you can pickup from your local computer superstore. Once you create the short video, then create an account at YouTube and upload it, then go and embed the video into your website.
