Part 6 - Strategic Alliances
Once you create a sizeable list of subscribers who now trust you and have bonded with your personality, style and expertise it’s time to deepen that by giving them even more “value”, you do this by bringing in quality outside complimentary partners to work with. This is most often done via Joint Ventures and Affiliate Program products or services.
You have two options for developing strategic alliances, the first is developing a way to find and work with other complimentary (non-competitive) providers of quality programs. By developing your relationships with top quality and well known people within your industry and doing joint ventures with them, you’ll also position yourself as an expert and in many cases you can ride of the coat tails of the giants and create a real flurry of sales and optin activity from it.

The second way you can begin flooding your target market is by finding what’s known as “Super Affiliates” otherwise known as hotshot’s, rainmakers, super salespeople. These people exist and if you list your product or service online in hubs called affiliate directories such as:

Which are mostly free programs that allow you to list your products in their directories, and there are affiliates who take these new products / services such as yours and run with them, and if you structure your affiliate payouts well enough, you can make massive sales through others selling them for you.
